Recipe Introduction

Love this stuff! I don't like to crunch on onions and celery and green pepper in my salads, but want the taste, so here's my secret.

List of Ingredients

1 box cork screw pasta
½ of a small onion
Miracle Whip
1 rib celery
1 dozen hard boiled eggs
1 small green pepper
1/3 cup vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

* sour cream




Recipe

Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and cool. Peel eggs and set yolks aside, slice egg whites and add to cooled pasta.

Cut up onion, celery and green pepper and put in a blender with ½ cup water, liquefy. Drain water from vegetables and put in a medium sized bowl. Add egg yolks, salt and pepper and mash with a fork. Add vinegar and mix. Add enough Miracle Whip to cover pasta. Mix together and pour over pasta. Blend till all pasta is covered. Chill.

* Try adding some sour cream to the mixture so the pasta is not dried out.
