BEEF NOODLE SOUP

List of Ingredients
1 ½ lbs. boneless beef – cubed
2 tsps. onion salt
½ cup white vinegar
1 ½ quarts water
2 tbsps. vegetable oil
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 cup beef broth -- lowfat okay
1 lb. egg noodles, unprepared
Recipe
In large, oven-proof skillet or a Dutch oven, brown beef cubes in oil and salts. Add vinegar to pan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Add beef broth and water to pan.
Cover pan and place in 350 degree oven for 1 ½ hours.
Remove from oven, bring to boil on stovetop, and add noodles.
Boil for 20 minutes.
