GLAZED CARROTS

List of Ingredients
3 or 4 carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsps. orange juice
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 tbsps. butter
Recipe
Cook carrots in water til tender, drain.
Combine brown sugar, orange juice, orange peel and butter. Pour into pot and boil til hot and bubbly. Add carrots.
