List of Ingredients
2 cups long grain rice
2 tomato bouillon cubes (found in the Mexican food isle)
3 cups hot water
2 tbsps. oil
1/4 cup salsa
Recipe
Saute rice and oil in pan on high heat until rice turns golden brown.
Remove from heat. Add 3 cups hot water (be careful lots of steam) add bouillon cubes. Put back on med-high heat bring to a boil and stir until cubes are dissolved. Turn heat to low, cover and cook until water is absorbed. (About 10-12 min.) Add the salsa and mix. Let sit for 5 minutes.
* You can also add frozen peas and carrots last 5 minutes if you want.
