Petite Broccoli Quiches
I got this recipe from my mother-in-law a few years ago. I've made these several times & they go quick. They are very popular around my house. I just love any recipe with broccoli in it.
List of Ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
5 ounces frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup half and half cream
3 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Combine cream cheese, butter & flour; blend well. Chill dough. Shape into 24 (1") balls. Place into ungreased tiny muffin tins. Press dough against bottom & sides. Drain broccoli well. In each cup, spoon about 1 teaspoon broccoli; top with some cheese. In small bowl cream, eggs & salt. Spoon 1 teaspoon egg mixture into each cup. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes.
