    Pineapple Cake

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups sugar
    2 cups flour
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1 can crushed pineapple

    Icing:
    1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    For Cake: Mix together all ingredients & pour into greased & floured pan. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes.

    For Icing: Mix together all & pour over cake. Sprinkle with pecans if desired.
