    Chocolate Waffles

    This is a delicious dessert waffle that can be eaten at breakfast or as a dessert.

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups baking mix
    2 cup sugar
    2/3 cup cocoa
    1 1/2 cups water
    4 tablespoons oil
    4 eggs

    Recipe



    Beat all ingredients with a wire whisk till almost smooth. Pour batter from a cup or pitcher onto center of waffle iron. Bake till steaming stops.

    Top with ice cream or whipped cream. You could also if desired, top with your favorite dessert topping.
