Sweet Potato Casserole

I don't particularly like sweet potatoes, but have made this for others that like it.

List of Ingredients

3 sweet potatoes, cooked & mashed or 1 medium can, drained
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tablespoon nutmeg
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 cup pecans or mixed nuts
1/3 cup butter




Recipe

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, vanilla & milk with 1/2 cup butter; pour into a greased casserole dish.

Topping can be mixed with mixer. Combine brown sugar, flour, nuts with 1/3 cup butter. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture & bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
