Cheeseburger Macaroni
Here you will have a quick meal for those days when you don't want to go all out for making dinner.
List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
4 1/2 cups water
1 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons mustard (optional)
2 (7 oz.) boxes macaroni
1 1/2 pounds (24 oz.) block pasteurized prepared cheese product, cut up
Recipe
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Add water, ketchup & mustard (if used). Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes or till macaroni is tender. Add cheese; stir till melted. Makes 12 servings.
Tip: You can add some chopped onion to ground beef while it's cooking for added flavor.
