List of Ingredients
3 cups torn spinach leaves
1 medium pear, sliced
1 cup seedless red grapes
½ cup sliced celery
¼ cup pecan pieces
½ cup lemon honey dressing
Lemon Honey Dressing
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons honey
In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Refrigerate to blend flavors. Store in refrigerator.
Recipe
Place spinach leaves on large platter. Arrange pear, grapes, celery, and pecans decoratively on top. Drizzle with ½ of dressing. Serve with remaining dressing.
