    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk or sour cream
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped fresh or frozen peaches, thawed

    Recipe



    Beat egg in mixing bowl, add milk and oil. In another bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir in the peaches. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups 3/4ths full. Bake at 400F for 20-25 min or until muffins test done.

    Yield 10 muffins
