Blueberry-Banana Pie
1 - 9" pie shell
1 can blueberry pie filling
3-4 bananas, sliced
1 - 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/3 cup sugar
Recipe
Bake the pie shell according to package directions. Line bottom and sides of cooled pie shell with the sliced bananas. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Mix well, beat until fluffy. Carefully cover the bananas with the cream cheese mixture. Spread pie filling on cream cheese mixture. If you have any bananas left, you can arrange them on the pie filling. Let chill in fridge before serving.
You may could make 2 pies out of the pie filling. Most pie shells come two to a pack anyway. But in order to make two, make sure that you get 2 of the cream cheese pkgs. and more bananas.
