Pork Chop Hashbrown Bake

List of Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
3 cups frozen brocolli cuts
6 cups shredded hash brown potatoes
4 oz shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350º F. Brown seasoned pork chops in oil in a skillet. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Spread potatoes in bottom of dish. Salt and pepper the potatoes good. Mix sour cream, soup and brocolli. Carefully spread on top of potatoes. Place pork chops on top of mixture. Cover with foil and bake for 45 min or until potatoes are tender. Uncover and sprinkle cheese on top; put back into the oven for 5 min or until cheese is melted.
