Salsa Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 small onion, sliced into rings
1 small jar mild salsa
1 can whole kernal corn
1/4 tsp each of pepper, cayenne pepper, chili seasoning
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
Pack of the large flour tortillos
8oz shredded taco or mexican flavor cheese
Recipe
Saute beef and onion until onion is tender. Drain fat from beef and return to skillet Add remaining ingrediants. Mix well.
Spray casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour half of the mixture in the dish. Top with 2 or 3 tortillos. Repeat. Top with the cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 min or until cheese is melted.
