1 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons Watkins vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
7 tablespoons Watkins baking cocoa
1 teaspoon Watkins baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Combine the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add eggs one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture; stir until moistened.
Transfer to a greased 13" x 9" x 2" baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 min or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Yield: about 2-1/2 dozen.
