Blueberry Cream Dessert

This is a wonderful recipe that is so very easy to make!
List of Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (or about 24 graham crackers)
- 1 stick butter (not margarine), melted
- 3/4 cups sugar, divided
- 1 - 8oz cream cheese, softened at room temperature
- 1 can blueberry pie filling
- 1 - 8oz frozen cool whip, thawed
- 1 egg
- 1 - 2 tsp Watkins Vanilla
- 1 - 2 tsp Watkins Cinnamon
- chopped nuts, optional
Instructions
- Mix cracker crumbs, butter and 1/4 cup sugar together. Press into 13 x 9 greased casserole dish. Mix together cream cheese, remaining sugar (1/2c), egg and Watkins vanilla until frothy. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 18-20 min. Remove from oven and let cool completely!
- Sprinkle Watkins cinnamon over cream cheese mixture. Pour blueberry pie filling over cooled cream cheese mixture. Spread cool whip on top of pie filling very carefully. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
Final Comments
Experiment with different pie filling flavors. This is delicious!!
