    1 cup butter, softened
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    2 egg yolks
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
    1 cup chopped walnuts
    1 cup flaked coconut

    Recipe



    Cream the butter and brown sugar in mixing bowl. Add egg yolks, beating well after each one. Stir in flour and mix well. Spread into a greased 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan. Bake at 325F for 20-25 min or until golden brown.

    Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Return to the oven until chips are melted, about 1 min. Spread chocolate with an icing knife. Sprinkle with walnuts and coconut. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into diamond shapes.

    Yield 5 doz.
