    I created this one night and my husband just loves it!

    List of Ingredients




    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can diced tomatoes
    4-6 pork chops
    1/2 cup rice
    1/2 cup water
    Salt and Pepper to Taste

    Recipe



    Pour rice and water in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Place dredged pork chops on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper (your taste). Mix soup and tomatoes together and pour on top of chops. Cover with foil. Remove foil last 10 min of cooking.

    Bake at 350 for 45 min or until rice and chops are done.
