    Don’t assemble the salad until your ready to serve or the noodles will be soggy.

    List of Ingredients




    Salad
    2 pounds cole slaw mix (2 - 16 oz packages)
    6 oz. Sweet Dried Cranberries
    2 oz. Sliced Almonds
    2 packages of Top Ramon noodles
    1 Jar Sesame Seeds (1.87 oz)
    1/4 c. butter

    Dressing
    1 cup salad oil (I used olive oil)
    2 tablespoons sesame seed oil
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. rice vinegar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 pack chicken top ramon seasoning

    Recipe



    •Break up the Top Ramon noodles
    •In a medium frying pan brown the noodles, almonds, and sesame seeds in butter. Set aside to cool.
    •In a medium bowl toss the cole slaw and dried cranberries.
    •In a small bowl mix the salad oil, sesame seed oil, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, 1 seasoning pack from the top ramon, salt, and pepper.

    Toss the salad, dressing, noodle mix, and serve. This is a wonderful salad for BBQ’s or pot lucks.
