White Zinfandel Jelly

Recipe Introduction
Makes 4 or 5 half-pints jars.
List of Ingredients
2 Cups white zinfandel wine
3 cups sugar
1 pouch liquid pectin
Recipe
1. Mix the wine and sugar in the top of a double boiler.
2. Heat, stirring until all the sugar melts, this will take 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in the liquid pectin.
4. Pour into hot jars within 1/8 inch.
5. Clean rims and seal.
