List of Ingredients

24 Sweet Bell Peppers, (Green, Red, Yellow, Black)
2 Tablespoons Salt
3 Cups Vinegar
7 Medium Onions
3 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Mustard Seed



Recipe

1. Grind peppers & onions, saving the juice.
2. Combine with juice & other ingredients.
3. Boil 30 minutes.
4. Pack into sterilized jars & seal.
5. Process in a boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
