- PREPARE SALSA. CHILL FOR A HOUR OR SO.
- BRUSH SWORDFISH LIGHTY WITH OIL. SEASON AND GRILL. WHEN SWORD IS FLAKY AND TENDER, PLACE ON PLATE WITH RICE AND/OR VEGGIES, SPOON SALSA OVER TOP AND SERVE
