    • 1 RUBY RED GRAPEFRUIT-PEELED AND DICED

    • 2 LIMES -PEELED AND DICED
    • 1 LEMON -PEELED AND DICED
    • 1 CUP RED,GREEN, YELLOW PEPPERS -DICED

    • 1 TBL CILANTRO -MINCED
    • 1 TBL MINT -MINCED

    Instructions


    1. PREPARE SALSA. CHILL FOR A HOUR OR SO.
    2. BRUSH SWORDFISH LIGHTY WITH OIL. SEASON AND GRILL. WHEN SWORD IS FLAKY AND TENDER, PLACE ON PLATE WITH RICE AND/OR VEGGIES, SPOON SALSA OVER TOP AND SERVE
