    • 2 -4 CUTS OF PORK (CUTLETS, TENDERLOIN OR CHOPS)
    • 2 CUP DIJON MUSTARD
    • 2 CUP OLIVE OIL
    • 1 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 TSP PARSLEY
    • 1 TSP FENNEL SEEDS


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PORK
    2. POUR SAUCE OVER PORK AND LET SIT FOR A LEATS AN HOUR. PREFERABLY OVERNIGHT.
    3. GRILL OR SAUTE AS YOU WOULD YOUR OWN PORK. GOES WITH ALMOST ANYTHING
