- 1 POUNDED VEAL SCALLOPINE
- FLOUR
- OIL
- 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
- 1/4 CUP DICED PROSCIUTTO
- 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1 DICED TOMATO
- 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
- 1 TSP FRESH BASIL
- 1 TSP FRESH OREGANO
- DASH NUTMEG
- FRESH PARSLEY
- CHEESE BLEND
Instructions
- DREDGE VEAL IN FLOUR. PAN FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE AND KEEP WARM.
- ADD ONION, PROSCIUTTO AND TOMATO. SAUTE FOR 3 MIN THEN STIR IN GARLIC. FLOMBE WITH WHITE WINE
- SEASON WITH HERBS AND NUTMEG. SERVE SAUCE OVER VEAL. GARNISH WITH CHEESE BLEND AND FRESH PARSLEY SPRIGS
