    • FLOUR
    • OIL
    • 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 1/4 CUP DICED PROSCIUTTO
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 DICED TOMATO
    • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1 TSP FRESH BASIL
    • 1 TSP FRESH OREGANO
    • DASH NUTMEG
    • FRESH PARSLEY
    • CHEESE BLEND


    Instructions


    1. DREDGE VEAL IN FLOUR. PAN FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE AND KEEP WARM.
    2. ADD ONION, PROSCIUTTO AND TOMATO. SAUTE FOR 3 MIN THEN STIR IN GARLIC. FLOMBE WITH WHITE WINE
    3. SEASON WITH HERBS AND NUTMEG. SERVE SAUCE OVER VEAL. GARNISH WITH CHEESE BLEND AND FRESH PARSLEY SPRIGS
