Instructions
- FRY DICED POTATOES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
- DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. SAUTE IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLED BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE
- ADD SAUSAGE,GARLIC,MUSHROOMS,TOMATOES AND WHITE WINE. SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES.
- ADD POTATOES AND SEASON. SERVE OVER CHICKEN AND GARNISH WITH PARSLEY
