    • WHITE WINE
    • SALT
    • PEPPER
    • FRESH PARSLEY


    Instructions


    1. FRY DICED POTATOES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN
    2. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. SAUTE IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLED BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE
    3. ADD SAUSAGE,GARLIC,MUSHROOMS,TOMATOES AND WHITE WINE. SIMMER FOR 2 MINUTES.
    4. ADD POTATOES AND SEASON. SERVE OVER CHICKEN AND GARNISH WITH PARSLEY
