- 2 LB OF BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS OR DRUMSTICKS
- 2 3/4 CUP OF CRUSHED WALNUTS
- 2 CUP
- 1 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/4 TSP CAYENNE
- 2 LARGE EGGS
- BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
- HONEY MUSTARD
- RANCH DRESSING
Instructions
- COMBINE WALNUTS AND BREAD CRUMBS. HOLD. WHIP TOGETHER EGGS,SALT AND CAYENNE.
- PREPARE HOT OIL IN A PAN. DIP CHICKEN INTO EGG WASH AND THEN BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE.
- BROWN OUTSIDE OF CHICKEN FOR 1 MINUTE ON EACH SIDE. BAKE IN OVEN UNTIL CHICKEN IS TENDER.
- SERVE WITH YOUR CHOICE OF SAUCES
