    • 2 LB OF BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS OR DRUMSTICKS
    • 2 3/4 CUP OF CRUSHED WALNUTS
    • 2 CUP
    • 1 1/2 TSP SALT
    • 1/4 TSP CAYENNE
    • 2 LARGE EGGS
    • BLUE CHEESE DRESSING
    • HONEY MUSTARD
    • RANCH DRESSING


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE WALNUTS AND BREAD CRUMBS. HOLD. WHIP TOGETHER EGGS,SALT AND CAYENNE.
    2. PREPARE HOT OIL IN A PAN. DIP CHICKEN INTO EGG WASH AND THEN BREAD CRUMB MIXTURE.
    3. BROWN OUTSIDE OF CHICKEN FOR 1 MINUTE ON EACH SIDE. BAKE IN OVEN UNTIL CHICKEN IS TENDER.
    4. SERVE WITH YOUR CHOICE OF SAUCES
