- 1 TBP WHOLE BUTTER
- DASH MONTREAL CHICKEN SEASONING
Instructions
- HEAT UNTIL OIL UNTIL HOT. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. PLACE IN HOT OIL
- SAUTE UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE GOLDEN BROWN. ADD ONION AND GARLIC. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD ROSEMARY AND WHITE WINE.
- STIR IN BUTTER AND LEMON JUICE. RDUCE UNTIL THE SAUCE IS A AT YOUR DESIRE. SEASON WITH CHICKEN SEASONINGS AND SERVE
