    • 2 CHICKEN BREAST CUT IN HALF
    • LEMON PEPPER SEASONING
    • FLOUR
    • OIL
    • 2 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS
    • 1 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
    • 2 TBP WHOLE BUTTER
    • SALT
    • PEPPER
    • LEMON SLICES


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE LEMON PEPPER AND FLOUR
    2. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. BROWN IN HOT OIL. REMOVE
    3. SAUTE MUSHROOMS UNTIL TENDER
    4. ADD WHITE WINE AND CHICKEN STOCK. BRING TO A BOIL.
    5. THICKEN WITH BUTTER. SEASON.
    6. SERVE OVER CHICKEN WITH LEMON SLICES
