- LEMON PEPPER SEASONING
- FLOUR
- OIL
- 2 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS
- 1 CUP WHITE WINE
- 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
- 2 TBP WHOLE BUTTER
- SALT
- PEPPER
- LEMON SLICES
Instructions
- COMBINE LEMON PEPPER AND FLOUR
- DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. BROWN IN HOT OIL. REMOVE
- SAUTE MUSHROOMS UNTIL TENDER
- ADD WHITE WINE AND CHICKEN STOCK. BRING TO A BOIL.
- THICKEN WITH BUTTER. SEASON.
- SERVE OVER CHICKEN WITH LEMON SLICES
