- 5 LB CHICKEN PARTS( BREAST AND THIGHS)
- FLOUR
- 1 DICED WHITE ONION
- 1 TBP FRESH GARLIC
- 1 QT CHICKEN STOCK
- 1 QT ORANGE JUICE
- 2 TBP ROSEMARY
- 2 TBP BUTTER
Instructions
- DUST CHICKEN IN FLOUR.
- PLACE CHICKEN IN PAN.
- COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER CHICKEN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN BROWNS
