    ROSEMARY ORANGE CHICKEN


    List of Ingredients


    • 5 LB CHICKEN PARTS( BREAST AND THIGHS)
    • FLOUR
    • 1 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 1 TBP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 QT CHICKEN STOCK
    • 1 QT ORANGE JUICE
    • 2 TBP ROSEMARY
    • 2 TBP BUTTER


    Instructions


    1. DUST CHICKEN IN FLOUR.

    2. PLACE CHICKEN IN PAN.

    3. COMBINE REST OF INGREDIENTS. POUR OVER CHICKEN. BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN BROWNS
