    List of Ingredients


    • 2 CHICKEN BREAST POUNDED
    • FLOUR
    • OIL
    • 2 SLICED GOLDEN DELICIOUS APPLES
    • 1 CUP APPLE JACK BRANDY
    • 1/2 CALVADOS
    • 1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    • PINCH CINNAMON


    Instructions


    1. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. BROWN CHICKEN ON BOTH SIDES IN HOT OIL. REMOVE CHICKEN
    2. ADD APPLE SLICES. SAUTE UNTIL ALMOST SOFT.
    3. FLOMBE WITH APPLE JACK AND CALVADOS. ADD HEAVY CREAM. REDUCE BY 1/4. RETURN CHICKEN. COOK FOR A MINUTE.
    4. THEN SERVE WITH A PINCH OF CINNAMON
