- 2 CHICKEN BREAST POUNDED
- FLOUR
- OIL
- 2 SLICED GOLDEN DELICIOUS APPLES
- 1 CUP APPLE JACK BRANDY
- 1/2 CALVADOS
- 1 CUP HEAVY CREAM
- PINCH CINNAMON
Instructions
- DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. BROWN CHICKEN ON BOTH SIDES IN HOT OIL. REMOVE CHICKEN
- ADD APPLE SLICES. SAUTE UNTIL ALMOST SOFT.
- FLOMBE WITH APPLE JACK AND CALVADOS. ADD HEAVY CREAM. REDUCE BY 1/4. RETURN CHICKEN. COOK FOR A MINUTE.
- THEN SERVE WITH A PINCH OF CINNAMON
