- 1 POUNDED 8OZ CHICKEN BREAST SPLIT IN HALF
- FLOUR
- 2 EGGS BEATEN FOR EGG WASH
- 1 TBP OIL
- 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
- 1/4 CUP LEMON JUICE
- 1 TBP WHOLE BUTTER
- SALT
- PEPPER
- CHEESE BLEND
- PARSLEY
Instructions
- HEAT OIL IN PAN
- DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. DIP IN EGG WASH.
- SAUTE IN HOT OIL UNTIL BOTH SIDE ARE GOLDEN BROWN. REMOVE.
- ADD REST INGREDIENTS. SAUCE IS FORMED WHEN BUTTER IS COMPLETELY DISSOLVED. POUR OVER CHICKEN AND GARNISH
