- 2 CUPS HERB BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/4 LB BUTTER MELTED

- 1 TBP OIL
- 2 TSP GARLIC
- 3 CUPS MUSHROOMS
- 1/4 CUP VERMOUTH
- 1/4 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
- 1/2 HEAVY CREAM
- SALT
- PEPPER
Instructions
- CUT CHICKEN BREASTS IN HALF. POUND OUT. ROLL EACH IN SOUR CREAM,THEN BREAD CRUMBS. THEN DRIZZLE WITH BUTTER.
- EITHER BAKE AT 350 FOR 40 MIN OR PAN FRY.
- IN SKILLET HEAT OIL. ADD GARLIC SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD MUSHROOMS AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT.
- FLOMBE WITH VERMOUTH. ADD CHICKEN STOCK AND HEAVY CREAM, REDUCING UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. SEASON AND SERVE OVER CHICKEN.
