    • 1 LB SOUR CREAM
    • 2 CUPS HERB BREAD CRUMBS
    • 1/4 LB BUTTER MELTED
    • ******* SAUCE*******
    • 1 TBP OIL
    • 2 TSP GARLIC
    • 3 CUPS MUSHROOMS
    • 1/4 CUP VERMOUTH
    • 1/4 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
    • 1/2 HEAVY CREAM
    • SALT
    • PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. CUT CHICKEN BREASTS IN HALF. POUND OUT. ROLL EACH IN SOUR CREAM,THEN BREAD CRUMBS. THEN DRIZZLE WITH BUTTER.
    2. EITHER BAKE AT 350 FOR 40 MIN OR PAN FRY.
    3. IN SKILLET HEAT OIL. ADD GARLIC SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD MUSHROOMS AND SAUTE UNTIL SOFT.
    4. FLOMBE WITH VERMOUTH. ADD CHICKEN STOCK AND HEAVY CREAM, REDUCING UNTIL SMOOTH AND CREAMY. SEASON AND SERVE OVER CHICKEN.
