- 1 TBP OIL
- 1 LB CHICKEN BREAST
- 1/2 CUP DICED WHITE ONION
- 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1/2 GAL CHICKEN STOCK
- 1 CUP FIRE TACO SAUCE
- 1 LB CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 1 TSP SALT
- 1 TSP CHILI POWDER
- 1/2 TSP CUMIN
- SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
- TORTILLA STRIPS
- PICO DE GALLO
Instructions
- OVER MEDIUM HEAT ADD OIL TO LARGE SAUCE PAN. ADD CHICKEN AND BROWN FOR 4-5 MINUTES.
- ADD ONIONS AND GARLIC AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES. ADD CHICKEN STOCK
- ADD TACO SAUCE, CHEESE AND SPICES TO POT AND BRING TO A BOIL.
- REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES UNTIL THICK.
- SERVE SOUP TOPPED WITH CHEESE AND PICO DE GALLO. SERVE TORTILLA ON THE SIDE TO DIP
