    List of Ingredients


    • 1 LB SOLID CHOCOLATE OR CHIPS
    • 1 LB BUTTER
    • 1 LB GRANULATED SUGAR
    • 9 EGGS


    Instructions


    1. MELT CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER OVER A DOUBLE BOILER(PAN OR METAL BOWL OVER BOILING WATER). COOL.
    2. WHIP SUGAR AND EGGS IN A BOWL.
    3. WHIP IN CHOCOLATE MIXTURE.
    4. GREASE TWO PANS WITH CRISCO AND COATED WITH SUGAR.
    5. POUR MIXTURE EVENLY INTO TWO PANS. PLACE IN A WATER BATH( WATER 1/2 WAY UP PANS ONLY)
    6. BAKE FOR 2 HOURS AT 350. CHECK WITH TOOTHPICK UNTIL DONE.
    7. LET COOL. TOP WITH DECANDANCE FROSTING
