    • 2 CUTS OF PORK OR BONELESS CHOPS
    • 2 CUP DIJON MUSTARD
    • 2 CUP OLIVE OIL
    • 1 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1 TSP GARLIC
    • 1 TSP PARSLEY
    • 1 TSP FENNEL SEEDS


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE INGREDIENTS EXCEPT PORK.
    2. POUR SAUCE OVER PORK AND LET SIT FOR AT LEAST AN HOUR, PREFERABLY OVER NIGHT.
    3. GRILL OR SAUTE YOU WOULD YOUR OWN PORK. SREVE WITH ANYTHING YOU LIKE
