- 1 VEAL SCALLOPINE
- FLOUR
- OIL
- 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
- 1/4 CUP DICED PROSCIUTTO
- 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1 DICED TOMATO
- 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
- 1 TSP FRESH BASIL
- 1 TSP FRESH OREGANO
- DASH NUTMEG
- FRESH PARSLEY
- PARMESAN
Instructions
- HEAT OIL IN PAN. DREDGE VEAL IN FLOUR. PAN FRIED UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE AND KEEP WARM.
- ADD ONION,PROSCIUTTO AND TOMATO. COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN STIR IN GARLIC. FLOMBE WITH WHITE WINE.
- SEASON WITH HERBS AND NUTMEG. SERVE SAUCE OVER TOP OF VEAL WITH PARMESAN AND FRESH PARSLEY SPRIG.
