    List of Ingredients


    • 1 VEAL SCALLOPINE
    • FLOUR
    • OIL
    • 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 1/4 CUP DICED PROSCIUTTO
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 DICED TOMATO
    • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1 TSP FRESH BASIL
    • 1 TSP FRESH OREGANO
    • DASH NUTMEG
    • FRESH PARSLEY
    • PARMESAN


    Instructions


    1. HEAT OIL IN PAN. DREDGE VEAL IN FLOUR. PAN FRIED UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE AND KEEP WARM.
    2. ADD ONION,PROSCIUTTO AND TOMATO. COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN STIR IN GARLIC. FLOMBE WITH WHITE WINE.
    3. SEASON WITH HERBS AND NUTMEG. SERVE SAUCE OVER TOP OF VEAL WITH PARMESAN AND FRESH PARSLEY SPRIG.
