List of Ingredients
- 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
- FLOUR
- OIL
- 1/2 CUP MUSHROOMS
- 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1 TBP FRESH BASIL
- 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
- 1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
- SALT & PEPPER
Instructions
- DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. COOK IN HOT OIL. TURNING UNTIL BOTH SIDE ARE COOKED THROUGHLY. REMOVE.
- ADD MUSHROOMS. SAUTE UNTIL SOFT. ADD GARLIC AND BASIL. COOK FOR 30 SEC.
- ADD WHITE WINE. REDUCE BY 1/2 HALF. THEN ADD HEAVY CREAM. AGAIN REDUCE BY 1/2 HALF UNTIL SMOOTH.
- SEASON AND SERVE SAUCE OVER CHICKEM
Final Comments
GOES WELL WITH GARLIC MASH OR OVEN ROASTED WEDGES. NICE WITH RICE PILAF TOO.
