    List of Ingredients


    • 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
    • FLOUR
    • OIL
    • 1/2 CUP MUSHROOMS
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 TBP FRESH BASIL
    • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    • SALT & PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. COOK IN HOT OIL. TURNING UNTIL BOTH SIDE ARE COOKED THROUGHLY. REMOVE.
    2. ADD MUSHROOMS. SAUTE UNTIL SOFT. ADD GARLIC AND BASIL. COOK FOR 30 SEC.
    3. ADD WHITE WINE. REDUCE BY 1/2 HALF. THEN ADD HEAVY CREAM. AGAIN REDUCE BY 1/2 HALF UNTIL SMOOTH.
    4. SEASON AND SERVE SAUCE OVER CHICKEM


    Final Comments


    GOES WELL WITH GARLIC MASH OR OVEN ROASTED WEDGES. NICE WITH RICE PILAF TOO.
