- FLOUR
- OIL
- 1/2 DICED WHITE ONION
- 1 CUP SLICED MUSHROOM
- 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
- 1 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
- CHOPPED CHIVES
- 1 TSP FRESH CHOPPED GARLIC
Instructions
- DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. SAUTE IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES. REMOVE.
- ADD ONION,MUSHROOMS AND GARLIC. SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES.
- FLOMBE WITH WHITE WINE. ADD CHICKEN STOCK AND REDUCE BY 1/2.
- POUR SAUCE OVER CHICKEN AND TOP WITH CHIVES
