    List of Ingredients


    • 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
    • FLOUR
    • 1 TBP OIL
    • 1/4 CUP DICED WHITE ONION
    • 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 TBP OF ROSEMARY
    • 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
    • 1 TBP LEMON JUICE
    • 1 TBP BUTTER
    • DASH OF MONTREAL CHICKEN SEASONING


    Instructions


    1. HEAT OIL IN UNTIL HOT. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. PLACE IN HOT OIL.
    2. SAUTE UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE BROWN. ADD ONION AND GARLIC. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD ROSEMARY AND WHITE WINE.
    3. STIR IN BUTTER AND LEMON. REDUCE UNTIL THE SAUCE IS AT YOUR DESIRE. TOP WITH CHICKEN SEASONING AND SERVE
