- 1 POUNDED CHICKEN BREAST
- FLOUR
- 1 TBP OIL
- 1/4 CUP DICED WHITE ONION
- 1 TSP FRESH GARLIC
- 1 TBP OF ROSEMARY
- 1/2 CUP WHITE WINE
- 1 TBP LEMON JUICE
- 1 TBP BUTTER
- DASH OF MONTREAL CHICKEN SEASONING
Instructions
- HEAT OIL IN UNTIL HOT. DREDGE CHICKEN IN FLOUR. PLACE IN HOT OIL.
- SAUTE UNTIL BOTH SIDES ARE BROWN. ADD ONION AND GARLIC. SAUTE FOR 1 MINUTE. ADD ROSEMARY AND WHITE WINE.
- STIR IN BUTTER AND LEMON. REDUCE UNTIL THE SAUCE IS AT YOUR DESIRE. TOP WITH CHICKEN SEASONING AND SERVE
