    • 1 SLICED GOLDEN DELICIOUS APLLE
    • 1/2 CUP APPLE JACK BRANDY
    • 1/4 CUP CALVADOS
    • 1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    • PINCH OF CINNAMON


    Instructions


    1. DREGE CHICKEN INTO FLOUR. BROWN CHICKEN ON BOTH SIDES IN HOT OIL. REMOVE CHICKEN.
    2. ADD APPLE SLICES. SAUTE UNTIL ALMOST SOFT.
    3. FLOMBE WITH APPLE JACK AND CALVADOS. ADD HEAVY CREAM. REDUCE BY 1/4. RETURN CHICKEN. COOK FOR MINUTE.
    4. THEN SERVE WITH A PINCH OF CINNAMON
