- 1 CHICKEN BREAST POUNDED
- FLOUR
- OIL
- 1 SLICED GOLDEN DELICIOUS APLLE
- 1/2 CUP APPLE JACK BRANDY
- 1/4 CUP CALVADOS
- 1/2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
- PINCH OF CINNAMON
Instructions
- DREGE CHICKEN INTO FLOUR. BROWN CHICKEN ON BOTH SIDES IN HOT OIL. REMOVE CHICKEN.
- ADD APPLE SLICES. SAUTE UNTIL ALMOST SOFT.
- FLOMBE WITH APPLE JACK AND CALVADOS. ADD HEAVY CREAM. REDUCE BY 1/4. RETURN CHICKEN. COOK FOR MINUTE.
- THEN SERVE WITH A PINCH OF CINNAMON
