    • 6 CUP RED WINE VINEGAR
    • 1/4 DICED RED ONION
    • 1 CUP DIJON MUSTARD
    • 2 CUP POPPYSEED
    • 2 QT SALAD OIL


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL EXCEPT OIL IN PROCESSOR OR BOWL. THEN SLOWLY MIX IN OIL UNTIL EMUSIFIED.
