    • 1 CUP BUTTER
    • 2 CUP DICED BACON
    • 1 DICED GREEN PEPPER
    • 1 CUP DICED CELERY
    • 1 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 2 DICED ROASTED RED PEPPER
    • 1 TBP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 2 CUP CHICKEN STOCK
    • 1 CUP LIGHT BEER
    • 2 CUP HEAVY CREAM
    • 3 LB CHEDDAR
    • 1 LB PROVOLONE
    • 1/2 PARSLEY
    • SALT
    • PEPPER


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE BACON,PEPPER,CELERY,ONION AND GARLIC IN BUTTER UNTIL TENDER.
    2. ADD FLOUR. STIR IN WELL. ADD STOCK, BEER AND CREAM. BRING TO A BOIL.
    3. ADD CHEESES. STIR OFTEN UNTIL CHEESES ARE COMPLETELY MELTED. SEASON. TOP WITH FRESH PARSLEY.
