    • 1 -2 BUNCH BROCCOLI
    • 1 QUART CHICKEN STOCK
    • 1 CUP HEAVY CREAM OR 1 1/2 CUP MILK
    • 1/2 TSP NUTMEG
    • 1/2 CUP CHEDDAR
    • 1/4 CUP FLOUR
    • 1/4 CUP BUTTER
    • S & P


    Instructions


    1. BOIL BROCCOLI IN CHICKEN STOCK UNTIL TENDER NOT MUSHED UNDERCOOK IF NECESSARY
    2. PREPARE ROUX. MELT BUTTER. THEN ADD FLOUR.
    3. ADD BROCCOLI AND STOCK TO ROUX. BRING TO A BOIL.
    4. ADD CHEDDAR. WHEN MELTED ADD IN HEAVY CREAM AND NUTMEG. REMOVE FROM HEAT. SEASON AND SERVE.
