    List of Ingredients


    • 3 TBP SAUSAGE
    • 1 DICED GREEN PEPPER
    • 2 DICED STALK CELERY
    • 1 DICED WHITE ONION
    • 2 TBP FRESH GARLIC
    • 1 #10 CAN OF DICED TOMATOES
    • 1/2 CUP JALAPENOES
    • 1 1/2 QT CHICKEN STOCK
    • 1 TSP FRESH BASIL
    • 1 TSP FRESH THYME
    • 1 CUP OKRA
    • DASH HOT SAUCE
    • SALT
    • PEPPER
    • 1 CUP WHITE RICE


    Instructions


    1. SAUTE SAUSAGE, ONION, PEPPER, CELERY IN OIL FOR 3 MINUTES. ADD GARLIC AND JALAPENOES. COOK FOR 1 1/2 MINUTES.
    2. ADD RICE AND STIR IN FOR 2 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
    3. ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS. BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER UNTIL RICE IS TENDER.
