Marinated Pork Chops

Recipe Introduction
I just get tired of cooking the same old things some times so I try different things. This is really good and I thingk healthy for you as well.
List of Ingredients
- 9 Thick Bonless Pok Chops
- 1 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 4 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Teaspoon salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
- 3 Tablespoon capers
- 1/3 Cup all-purpose Flour
Instructions
- Season both sides of pork with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour and shake off excess... Discard remaining flour.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork saute for 2 minutes per side. Remove pork to plate and keep warm.
- Add broth and simmer 2 minutes, scrape up any browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in the capers and lemon juice.
- Return the pork to the skillet and simmer gently for about 1 to 2 minutes until pork is heated through,
- Whisk in the butter.
Final Comments
Server with mashed potatoes and peas and garnish with lemon and parsley if desired. UMMM UMMM Good
