    Dijon-Peppercorn Dip

    List of Ingredients

    From the kitchen of Dawn D (The Dodge Family Circus)

    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 Tbs green peppercorns
    1/8 tsp salt
    8-ozs softened cream cheese
    4 tsp Dijon mustard

    Recipe

    Place all ingredients in blender container; blend just until smooth. Serve with chicken chunks*, pretzels, or raw vegetables.

    *Chicken Chunks:
    Combine 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/8 tsp pepper in plastic bag. Add two pounds chicken cutlets cut into chunks; shake to coat well. Brown in oil in large skillet over medium high heat until done.
