Simple Kabobs
1 medium red bell pepper
1 medium zucchini
1 small jicama, peeled
8 cherry tomatoes
8 mushrooms
Cooked ham and/or turkey cubes
4 12"-long skewers
Wash all the fresh vegetables. Remove seeds from the bell pepper and cut bell pepper, zucchini, and jicama into bite-sized pieces.
Thread two of each item on each skewer and serve with your favorite sauce.
