Buffalo Chicken Wings
Rumor has it that this dish was first made in a neighborhood bar and grill in Buffalo, New York when late one night, the bartender had only leftover chicken and a little celery in the well for Bloody Mary preparations.
2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 lb chicken wings, jointed
2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix sou sauce, brown sugar, and mustard toghter. Add chicken wings and place in oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle garlic powder on top. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, turning wings peridically.
Serve with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
