Country-Style Chicken Kiev
2 whole chicken breasts, split, skinned, and boned
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 Tbs Parmesan cheese
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp butter, melted
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup chopped parsely (fresh is best for this dish)
1/4 cup scallions, chopped
Combine bread crumbs, cheese, and seasonings. Dip chicken in melted butter and then roll into mixture.
Place in pan (10-inch) and bake at 375 degrees F for 30 - 40 minutes. Add wine, parsely, and scallions to leftover butter. Pour over chicken and bake another 10 minutes. Delicious!!
