Easy, Make-AheadTurkey Pot Pie
Serves 4
Frozen pie shell
1 cup chopped, cooked turkey
1 cup leftover vegetables (carrots and peas are good)
1 cup turkey or chicken gravy
1 Tbs minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together 1 cup turkey, vegetables, and onion; pour gravy over all, then season with salt and pepper.
Place top crust on, crimp edges, make slits in top. Wrap well in foil, label, and freeze. That's it!
To cook, place frozen in preheated 400-degree F oven until top crust is browned evenly.
